The Aggie women's basketball team lost an absolute heartbreaker. The girls battled back from a 10 point halftime deficit to force overtime (they actually had two decent shots at the end of regulation to win it) and held a two point lead with 1 second left. Fresno State inbounded the ball and heaved up a three quarter court shot that banked in. The shot was absolute luck and was one of those shots that 8 out of 10 times doesn't even draw iron, unfortunately for the Aggies, this was one of the other 2 out of 10. Fresno State hit 14 three pointers in the game and attempted a ridiculous 35 threes. The bad thing for both teams is that they have to turn right around and face each other five days from now.
